During all activities, the decision of the leader, mentor, or representative of “Tmashi” will be final on all matters that are likely to affect the safety and well-being of the experience or activity. You must at all times strictly adhere to the laws, customs, guidelines, or regulations in all places visited. If you do not want to comply with the above, or if you interfere with the well-being and freedom of the group, the tour leader, guide, or company representative reserves the right to ask you to immediately leave the experience or activity without any right to a refund.

Suitable age:

The tours may specify the minimum age allowed for participation. Adventure trips usually require participants to be a certain age, such as 18 years old or sometimes different age limits can be set for different trips that require specific skills or abilities.

Public health:

Participants may be asked to disclose health problems before participating in some trips. Guests must be physically able and healthy and have no health problems that hinder their ability to safely participate in certain activities such as hiking, climbing, or camping.

Personal equipment:

Participants may be asked to provide some basic personal equipment for the trip such as the right clothes, the right shoes, a backpack, sun visors, and other personal items that may be required.

Booking and cancellation policy

The booking and cancellation policy is a set of rules that determine how to organize and manage booking, payment, and cancellation processes in the company “Tamashi for Organizing Tours”. This policy aims to provide clear and fair procedures for customers and achieve an easy and satisfying experience for everyone.

Booking:

After selecting the appropriate program or experience, the reservation is made by filling in the required data and sending the reservation request to the company.

The customer must provide accurate and complete information including the correct contact information and the number of guests when making a reservation to ensure successful confirmation of the reservation. 

After approval the company will provide you with an invoice or notice specifying the amount due for booking or other payments related to the trip.

Required number:

There may be a specific number of participants who need to be realized to conduct certain excursions.

If the required number is completed, we will confirm the booking and arrange the final details.

If the required number is not achieved, we may offer alternative options such as canceling the trip or rescheduling a new date based on the customer's desire.

Payment:

When the number required to conduct the trip is completed, we will respond to the client and provide them with a payment method.

The response will be made by means of communication provided during the booking.

After accepting the reservation and completing the necessary number, you will be able to make a payment based on the instructions that you will receive from the company.

Payment is accepted either by bank transfer to the company's bank account or by a secure payment link provided to the client.

Duration of booking:

Reservations must be made three days in advance of the required flight date.

This time limit is set to ensure sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements for the trip and confirm the booking by the company.

Cancellation:

Cancellation request is allowed 24 hours before the scheduled flight time.

If the booking is cancelled before the deadline, the full or part of the amount paid can be refunded.

If the reservation is canceled after the specified time limit, a specific cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid and the rest will be refunded.

No compensation or refund of the trip amounts will be made upon withdrawal from the trip after the arrival and the start of the trip.
